The PDO aims to strengthen the safeguards and protection framework for
IDPs’,urban refugee/returnee and immigrants in Puntland regions and will ensure the delivery of essential
humanitarian assistance, equipping with job skills, literacy programs and the identification of appropriate
durable solution as resettlement programs on short and long term goals.
